Digital Diagnostics™ allows for the delivery of personalized medicine and includes tools such as automated image analysis and histology pattern recognition. It is an integrated clinical workflow solution with several image analysis tests at your fingertips.

Digital Diagnostics™ comprises a wide variety of image analysis tools with the common purpose to improve the efficiency of pathologists and to improve the performance of the tests performed by pathologists.This includes the ability to view the individual stains separately, identify rare events, use image analysis companions for biomarkers to help with the delivery of personalized medicine. Key to all digital diagnostics is that the image analysis tools are well integrated into an efficient workflow for the pathologist.

IHC Digital Diagnostics™ (part of our Digital IHC Solution)

We offer a suite of image analysis algorithms that help pathologists with the quantification of Immunohistochemistry (IHC) slides. We provide FDA cleared In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) algorithms for HER2, ER, and PR-stained breast specimens and Research-Only-Use (ROU) algorithms that can be tuned for different tissue types (e.g. breast, colon, prostate), stains (e.g. HER2, ER, PR, Ki-67, P53, EGFR), and reagents (e.g. Dako, Ventana).
