GENIE HISTOLOGY PATTERN RECOGNITION

We provide the first easy-to-use histology pattern recognition tool that puts the power of automatic whole-slide image analysis into the hands of pathologists.

Pathologists without an expertise in image analysis can train Genie with examples of the different tissue types they are interested in (1). Genie then identifies the different tissue types automatically across entire tissue sections (2). Genie, in conjunction with our quantitative image analysis tools, provides pathologists with an automated, whole-slide image analysis solution (3). Entire studies can now be analyzed objectively and consistently without manual intervention.
